Temazcal bath is an ancient practice that involves a ceremony, also has therapeutic purposes to relieve body, mind and spirit. 

It takes place in a natural environment and provides participants with an experience full of mysticism and spiritual content. 

It includes the participation and use of indigenous instruments, as a way of emancipation of the spirit to achieve an optimal state of consciousness during the experience.

The work is personal and depends exclusively on the intention with which you participate.

EXCURSION ITINERARY

•  Meeting at Downtown.
• Transfer by land to "Hacienda Maya".
• Arrival at the facilities of "Hacienda Maya" and start the Temazcal ceremony.
• Provision of seasonal fruit, and natural fruit water.
• Term of the activity.
• Return to the meeting point in the town of Cozumel.
